Return Policy for furniture
- If you wish to change your mind after having made your purchase, you can always cancel your order by contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- If you receive a faulty or damaged product, as result of a manufacturing defect or damages in transit, we offer a free replacement of the damaged part or the complete product.
- In case you receive a damaged product please contact Customer Service within 24 hours on email@example.com or you can call us on our helpline.
- Returnable items will be inspected and qualified by our quality assurance team before we are able to process the return.
- In case Futurecribs is not able to provide replacement for a faulty product, we will offer a 100% money-back guarantee for your purchase.
- The refund amount will be credited back to the bank account through which the order payment was made within a maximum period of 7 working days.
- We request you to retain all Original packing materials and the copy of Invoice.
- Custom made furniture, modular kitchen and wardrobes are not covered under this return policy.
Return Policy for electronic products
- If you are
unsatisfied with the items received, you can return them within 7 days of
receipt and get your money back. Please note that personalized products
including integrated security systems and home automation devices, are not
covered under our Return Policy.
- All return
packages must be in the original packaging, unused, unaltered and unsoiled,
together with a copy of the invoice. The reason for the return of the goods
must be mentioned by the customer.
- The refund
amount will be credited back to the bank account through which the order
payment was made within a maximum period of 7 working days.
- We will
deduct 10% of the amount against transaction and shipping charges.
