Return Policy for furniture

  1. If you wish to change your mind after having made your purchase, you can always cancel your order by contacting us within 12 hours of placing your order.
  2. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, as result of a manufacturing defect or damages in transit, we offer a free replacement of the damaged part or the complete product.
  3. In case you receive a damaged product please contact Customer Service within 24 hours on care@futurecribs.com or you can call us on our helpline.
  4. Returnable items will be inspected and qualified by our quality assurance team before we are able to process the return.
  5. In case Futurecribs is not able to provide replacement for a faulty product, we will offer a 100% money-back guarantee for your purchase.
  6. The refund amount will be credited back to the bank account through which the order payment was made within a maximum period of 7 working days.
  7. We request you to retain all Original packing materials and the copy of Invoice.
  8. Custom made furniture, modular kitchen and wardrobes are not covered under this return policy.


Return Policy for electronic products

  1. If you are unsatisfied with the items received, you can return them within 7 days of receipt and get your money back. Please note that personalized products including integrated security systems and home automation devices, are not covered under our Return Policy.
  2. All return packages must be in the original packaging, unused, unaltered and unsoiled, together with a copy of the invoice. The reason for the return of the goods must be mentioned by the customer. 
  3. The refund amount will be credited back to the bank account through which the order payment was made within a maximum period of 7 working days.
  4. We will deduct 10% of the amount against transaction and shipping charges.
